Selling your bag (or other luxury items) with us couldn't be simpler.

Send us photos and a description of your item via email: sell@luxurypromise.com or fill in an online form to receive an initial quotation. Once the price has been agreed and a contract signed, please book and appointment to bring in your item or post it to us noting the PO reference number. Once your item is authenticated and processed, we offer it on our website at market value. We will pay you the sale price minus commission (this is 40% of sale price and 35% for Hermès only). Payments are made approximately 14 days after the item is sold.
Our experts inspect and authenticate every item offered for sale or swap via Luxury Promise. If an item does not pass our quality control or is found to be inauthentic, it is the owner's responsibility to arrange for it to be collected.
Within 72 hours you will receive an initial quotation. If you're happy with the quotation, once we receive your item it will take 7-10 working days to book in, authenticate, and make your final payment.
