Can we pick up your purchase from one of your locations?

Yes!!! Once your item has been authenticated and ready to be sent to you. You can arrange collection. Simply just pick one of our offices as a delivery location.

Can we view an item in one of your locations?

Yes!!! Only if we have that item in our offices. We are a global marketplace which means people can sell their items from the comfort of their homes. This means NOT everything you see on our site is in one of our offices. Please email us and we can confirm if a viewing is possible.

What if the item I purchased is cancelled by the seller?

We allow all sellers 7 days to have the item sent to us. If they cancel this sale we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund with a store credit for the next purchase

Are the Luxury Promise items authentic?

Absolutely!!! All our items are checked by trained authenticators as well as using artificial intelligence to check the authenticity.

Does Luxury Promise guarantee authenticity?

Yes. Each item we sell goes through a rigorous authentication process by multiple expert authenticators as well as being checked by advanced technology using artificial intelligence to examine all our bags. Swap: See something you like and would rather swap then email us today for an instant quote. If you're happy with our quote we issue you store credit which you can use towards that item. For example if you see a Lady Dior for £800 and you swap for an item which is £800. Or if you something which is worth £850 you can top up the difference. If it is £750 you can hold that £50 credit for your next purchase, which has no expiry date.

Can you return an item?

Unfortunately we have a no return policy as we are a marketplace selling on behalf of others. However if the seller states they will allow a return we will state it in the description.

Do we ship worldwide?

We ship globally. All shipping costs are calculated on check out.

Is there import tax due?

For all items shipped within the UK and Europe there is no import tax due.
For all items shipped within the UAE there is import tax due.
