Luxury Promise was founded in London in 2017 with the vision of providing the best experience in luxury resale shopping. After receiving overwhelming support from our growing community, and expanding our operations across London, Dubai, Singapore & New York - We are proud to announce that we will be establishing our London HQ in the heart of central London with a state-of-the-art facility in 2023.

Our growth is a result of our incredible community & none of this would have been possible without your support. In this period of transition, we request your patience & support as always and would like to share a few notes regarding our operations in this transition period. 

Our e-commerce facility will be operating as usual, to send us any items to sell & for any returns outside of DHL, please email customercare@luxurypromise.com who will be able to assist.
