Returns and Refunds

All items offered for sale or swap at Luxury Promise are 100% genuine. We’re sure you’ll love your purchase as much as we do, but if you do change your mind, we’ll try to help:

If you purchase online
You may return the item* within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, providing that the all tags and labels are intact and the item has not been worn. We don’t cover the cost of your return, so please make sure you send the item back using a tracked service. You may return your item to either our London or Dubai office. Returns can take up to 7 working days to process from when we receive them.

If you purchase in-store
You may return the item* within 14 days of purchase and exchange it for another item or receive a credit voucher, providing that the all tags and labels are intact and the item has not been worn. You may return the item in person or via courier. We don’t cover the cost of postal returns, so please make sure you send the item back using a tracked service. You may return your item to either our London or Dubai office. Exchanges or credit vouchers can take up to 7 working days to process from when we receive your return.

 

If you sell to us or via our community (also known as consignment) returns or refunds are not offered – check out our terms and conditions for further information.

*Please note: Refunds, exchanges, or credit notes are NOT offered on any Hermès items including bags, accessories, shoes, homeware, and fine jewellery. We don't offer refunds, exchanges, or credit notes on jewellery for pierced ears. We also do not offer returns on special order items, and items sourced via our personal shopping services.
