WHAT IS LUXURY PROMISE?

Luxury Promise is an independent platform specializing in the resale of luxury fashion items. We are not affiliated with the brands listed on our website, and our authentication process is based on our expertise and AI technology.

Are all Luxury Promise items authentic?

Absolutely! All our items are triple-checked by trained authenticators and the latest artificial intelligence technology. If an item does not pass our authentication process, it will not be offered for sale or swap at Luxury Promise.

Can I return an item?

We offer a return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Returns and Refunds page for detailed information on the return process, including eligibility and timelines.

HOW CAN I CONTACT LUXURY PROMISE?

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes. Please check out our Shipping page for more information about delivery charges.

Will I have to pay import tax?

Possibly. It depends on where you live. Please check out our Shipping page for more information about this.

Can I view an item at one of your locations?

Yes! But we're a global company so stock may be held in different locations. Please check product listings for details or email us hello@luxurypromise.com and we can confirm if a viewing is possible.

Can I purchase from one of your locations?

Yes! Please see opening times for our London boutique.

Can I Collect an Online Order In Store?

At the checkout, you may be offered the choice to collect your item(s) in store. This option is free. The item(s) will be available to collect from the location where it is housed (either London or Dubai.) If you have multiple items in your order that are housed in different locations, the Pickup option won't appear. Please check you are able to get to the location if you wish to collect. If you wish to Pickup, select the option at the checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, then another email once it is ready to collect. Your order should be ready to collect 2 hours after placing it (store opening times apply) but please wait for confirmation it's ready to collect before arriving. To collect your order you will need to show your confirmation email, and a form of ID (passport, driver's licence, or bank card.) You will need photo ID to collect a Hermès item. You will receive another email once you have collected your order as confirmation.

Gift Cards

- What can I use my gift card to purchase?
You can use a gift card to purchase any items online or in store. Gift cards can be used as full or part payment.

-What happens if I don't spend my balance all at once?
If you don't use all of your balance in one transaction, the remaining balance is displayed on your order confirmation email.

-I've changed my mind - can I get a refund?
Our gift cards are non-refundable but don't worry - they never expire so you can keep it until you find something you love.

To check your remaining gift card balance, please see the original email you received it in as the amount will update as you spend. If you can’t find the email, please what's app us +44 (0) 746 448 3755 or email us on info@luxurypromise.com so we can check for you

-Can I purchase a tangible gift card?
We currently only offer e-gift cards but hope to have tangible ones in the near future!

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE ON LUXURY PROMISE?

To make a purchase, simply browse our website, select the item you want, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to complete your purchase. You can also make a purchase through any of our Live Shows.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options. You can find the full list during the checkout process.

IS THERE A WARRANTY ON THE ITEMS I PURCHASE FROM LUXURY PROMISE?

We do not offer warranties, but we ensure that the items we sell are in the condition described on our website. You can refer to our Returns and Refunds page for information on handling any issues.

How do I sell my item?

At Luxury Promise we offer you many options for you to sell your item.

Consign: Send us your item to one of our locations and we will do all the listing for you.
Sell for instant cash: Don't want to wait and want to sell today. Then we buy the item from you instantly. To get a free quote. Click here
Swap: See something you like and would rather swap then email us today for an instant quote. If you're happy with our quote we issue you store credit which you can use towards that item. For example if you see a Lady Dior for £800 and you swap for an item which is £800. Or if you something which is worth £850 you can top up the difference. If it is £750 you can hold that £50 credit for your next purchase, which has no expiry date.

WHAT TYPES OF LUXURY ITEMS DOES LUXURY PROMISE ACCEPT FOR RESALE?

We accept a wide range of luxury fashion items, including handbags, watches, jewelry, and accessories. You can check our website for specific categories and brands we accept.

HOW IS THE SELLING PRICE DETERMINED FOR MY ITEMS?

The selling price is determined based on factors such as the brand, condition, rarity, and market demand for your item. Our experts will provide you with a valuation during the selling process.

WHAT IS THE COMMISSION FEE FOR SELLING ITEMS ON LUXURY PROMISE?

Our commission fee varies depending on the item's category and selling price. You can find detailed information about our fees in our Seller's Guide or by contacting our team.

HOW DO I SHIP MY ITEMS TO LUXURY PROMISE FOR RESALE?

Once your items are accepted for resale, we will provide you with shipping instructions and a prepaid shipping label. You can send your items to us using the provided label.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM DOESN'T SELL ON LUXURY PROMISE?

If your item doesn't sell within a specified timeframe, our team will discuss alternative options with you, such as relisting, reducing the price, or returning the item to you.

Is my jewellery hallmarked?

When it comes to manufacturing jewellery, precious metals such as gold, platinum or silver are rarely used in their purest form. To increase their strength and enhance colour, they often need to be alloyed with a choice of metals.
All our fine jewellery items bear a hallmark at point of sale, with the following weight exemptions:
Gold and palladium: non-mandatory for items below 1 gram. Platinum: non-mandatory for items below 0.5 grams.
All stock is subject to an internal confirmation process to ensure it meets the UK’s hallmarking regulations before it is dispatched to our customers.

You will see the following hallmarks for each metal:

Rose, White or Yellow Gold: – 750
Platinum: 950
Sterling Silver: 925
